1. Electronic Delivery: As Otuli Excursions & Multiservices specializes in travel and related services, most of our deliverables are electronic. This includes travel itineraries, booking confirmations, e-tickets, and vouchers. 

 

2. Timelines: Electronic documents will be sent to the customer’s provided email address within 24 hours of the purchase or booking confirmation. 

 

3. Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. Otuli Excursions &Multiservices is not liable for any delay or loss resulting from incorrect email information. 

Otuli Excursions & Multiservices Return Policy

 

1. Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of travel services, we do not offer returns as our products are primarily service-based and time-specific.

 

2. Cancellation: For information on cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy section in the Terms & Conditions. 

Otuli Excursions & Multiservices Refund Policy 

 

1. Eligibility: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. 

 

3. Partial Refunds: In cases where only a partial refund is due, the amount will be calculated in accordance with the specific terms of the service booked.

Otuli Excursions & Multiservices Terms & Conditions

 

1. Services: We provide travel-related services which include but are not limited to travel bookings, package tours, and excursion planning. 

 

2. User Agreement: By using our services, customers agree to adhere to our policies, including payment, cancellation, and conduct during travel. 

 

3. Liability: Otuli Excursions & Multiservices is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or by force majeure events.

 

4. Changes to Itinerary: While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety and comfort of our clients. 

 

5. Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India for Indian nationals based out of India and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

travel & events

1. Time Frame for Cancellation: 

  • More than 30 days before service: Full refund, no cancellation fee. 

  • 15 to 30 days before service: 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost. 

  • 7 to 14 days before service: 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. 

  • Less than 7 days before service: 75% cancellation fee of the total service cost. 

  • 24 hours before or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

 

2. Special Cases: In cases of flights or hotel bookings, the specific cancellation policy of the respective airline or hotel will apply. Customers are advised to review these policies at the time of booking.

 

3. Processing: Refunds for cancellations that adhere to the above terms will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

 

4. Force Majeure: No cancellation fees will be levied in exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other instances of force majeure that significantly impact the ability to travel or provide services.

 

5. Modification of Booking: Customers may request modifications to their bookings. Such requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

 

6. Supplier-Specific Terms: In cases where our suppliers (including airlines, hotels, and tour operators) have cancellation and payment terms that differ from our standard policy, these terms will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of the proposal. In such instances, the supplier-specific terms will override our standard cancellation policy. This ensures that Otuli Excursions & Multiservices and the customer are both adequately protected and informed of any specific terms that may affect cancellations and refunds.
